COMPETITIVE
PROGRAM
Piper Soccer Club is built on community, opportunity, and a commitment to developing players at every level. As a 100% volunteer, not-for-profit organization, our focus is simple: create a positive, competitive environment where kids can grow as players, teammates, and people—without the high costs often associated with club soccer.

Our competitive teams play in the Heartland Soccer league. They also play futsal or 7 v 7 in the winter depending on age group and typically have at least one if not multiple tournaments per year.

Beginning with the 2026–2027 competitive season, US Club Soccer will transition to a school year–based age group system. PSC is ahead of the curve as we made a decision as a club to make this transition a year early. So, the vast majority of our current teams are already prepared to enter this grade-level based play.

Soccer Season
The fall season kicks off the first week of August and concludes at the end of October. Your club fees also cover one winter session—either indoor soccer or futsal, at the coach's discretion—though practices are not required during the winter months. Then the spring season typically runs from late February through Memorial Day.
In addition to the Fall/Spring/Winter league fees and field space costs, fees also cover one entry into one tournament (for most teams), with the date to be determined.
Competitive Costs
We do our best to make the cost of competitive soccer affordable for all local families. For the upcoming season, the cost to play on one of our competitive teams is $700 plus the cost of the player uniform kit, which is purchased separately. The team fee can be paid upfront or split into multiple payments throughout the season ($175 due upon making the team and then installments can be set up through our club app Praxis). As mentioned above, this cost covers your turf field practice space, fall league fee, winter league fee, spring league fee, and one tournament entry fee (for most teams).

The kits for competitive run on a two year cycle. 2026-2027 will be the first year of our new kits.
$700
upfront or multiple payments
Equipment/Uniforms
Kits are required and purchased from our vendor linked in our team store. In addition, the player will need to have shin-guards, cleats, a ball and a water jug.
RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
At Piper Soccer Club, our Recreational Program is where a love for the game begins. Open to players from Pre-K (age 4) through 8th grade (depending on the year and player availability), this program is designed to build skills, confidence, and friendships in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether your child is stepping onto the field for the very first time or looking to sharpen their fundamentals, our rec program focuses on development, teamwork, and having fun. With age-appropriate coaching and a supportive community, we make sure every player gets the opportunity to grow, compete, and fall in love with the game—one season at a time.
Rec League Costs
$100
upfront
The regular registration cost to play on one of our recreational teams is around $100 each session but depends on the age group and league.

We play in the Sporting Rec League for PreK through 5th Grade. We play in Heartland's Rec League around 5th grade and up.
Equipment/Uniforms
Jerseys are not included in the cost of the rec league fees. Sporting Rec League has its own jersey system. Which you can find here.
If your player is in the Heartland Rec league, there is a jersey available in the team store. If you have questions, contact the coach for your team.
In addition, the player will need to have shorts, shin-guards, cleats, a ball and a water jug.
